Challenge
Teams often manage work across disconnected tools (spreadsheets, chat threads, docs, and separate task trackers), which makes it hard to maintain a single source of truth. Status updates get lost, priorities shift without visibility, and planning becomes guesswork—especially when you need both a Kanban view (what’s happening now) and a timeline view (what’s happening over time). The result is unclear ownership, slower delivery, and constant context switching.
Solution
We built a unified Kanban + Timeline workflow that keeps planning and execution in one place. The system provides clear task states, assignees, priorities, and due dates on a visual board, plus a dedicated timeline view for scheduling and tracking progress over time. With consistent navigation, quick controls, and a clean UI, teams can move faster with better alignment—seeing exactly what’s blocked, what’s in progress, and what’s completed without jumping between tools.
